Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are intact and the garment is in its original, unwashed condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
